Participation in the MESIC 2019 requires your previous registration. The registration can be effective through the link located on this website and does not involve any commitment or requires payment of any amount.
Once registered, to participate in the MESIC 2019 it is necessary to send the following electronic documents to the Organizing Committee:
1. Abstract. Submitted by the online template must be completed. The application allows the copy-paste option from an external word processor to the template fields. Authors can edit and review their submission until the established due date (Oct 14, 2018). Corresponding author will receive a notification via email of acceptance or rejection of their work before October 22, 2018.
2. Full text of the work. Structured according the full text template. The submission of the complete text will be done by uploading a word document with the file of the application. The document must not exceed 8 pages including title, authors and references. Each author can edit and review their submission until the deadline indicated in the calendar, which will be on March 21, 2019. Each author will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection of their work, by email, before April 22, 2019. Three levels of acceptance / rejection are contemplated.
Accepted papers may be submitted through ORAL or POSTER communication At the time of submission, the corresponding author will declare its preferred type of communication (Oral or Poster). The Organizing Committee will assigned the final type upon the communication final acceptance.
The papers submitted in POSTER mode must conform to the template, in A1 format, and must be sent in a PDF file to the Organizing Committee before May 31, 2019. MESIC organization will printout the POSTER and arrange them onto the panels from the begining of MESIC.
All submitted works, ORAL and POSTERS, will receive the same consideration and revision processes and, upon acceptance, the paper will be published, as in previous editions, preferably in Procedia Manufacturing.
